Our technicians, depending upon your hardness levels, Adjust the Auto digital Controller backwash settings (Purge the filter of the excess minerals to waste) and then, with the use of Salt (Negative Charge) regenerate (Ionise) the Resin beads within the filter housing. The salt water is then flushed to waste to create a soft clean water that feels great and meets International standards.

All Water Ion Exchange Softener Systems should be pre-filtered to prevent fouling and extend the life span of the Ion Exchange resin bead filter media.
